Elizabeth has experience in nonprofit development and fundraising, internal and external communications, knowledge management, & operational process improvement. She has surfed the waves of both non-profit and for-profit waters.

With a background in psychology and organizational behavior, Elizabeth makes strategic decisions based on how social principles guide human behavior. In other words, she’s a huge psych nerd.

When she’s not writing— for work or passion projects— Elizabeth’s favorite gig is teaching a cheap yoga class at the community center. Unshakeable inner peace and physical resilience for all— you get it.

Elizabeth believes in dignity and agency for all human beings. She also likes sending handwritten snail mail, playing in a local punk band, and being outside.
